Some items may have a build time involved of 30-60 business days. In some instances delays may occur in which case you will be notified immediately. All sales are final unless otherwise noted. We currently do not accept returns of any kind. If you happen to receive a damaged item we would be happy to assist you with an exchange or assist you with filing a claim with the carrier but no monetary refunds are given.
